for mobile shelving. Southern Illinois University is seeking bids to furnish and supervise the installation of electrically operated flat steel shelving for library book display.

Shelving will consist of stationary single-sided, stationary double-sided and moveable double-sided.

Award will be made to the lowest bidder meeting specifications.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.

Attendance is highly recommended at the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting, which will be held on November 16, 2004 at 10:00am at the Plant and Service Operations conference room. Contact LaLetta Wilson at 618-453-7702 for specific directions.
