for card and coin operated copiers, microfilm readers/printers, and laser printers. Southern Illinois University Carbondale will be accepting bids for non-exclusive rights for installing, operating and maintaining card and coin operated copiers, microfilm readers/printers and laser printers. This contract will be issued for three years with two one-year options to renew. The award will be made to the lowest bidder meeting specifications.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held to discuss specifications for installing a minimum of 48 copiers, 36 laser printers, and 6 microfilm readers/printers and their locations. This meeting will be held on 4/18/01 at 10:00AM in the Illinois Room on the 2nd floor of the Student Center.
