The University is seeking bids from qualified vendors to furnish all labor, material, equipment, services, and coordination necessary to construct parking lot 13B. This lot is located on the north side of Travel Service Drive and east of parking lot 13 across from the Student Center on the campus of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL. The work shall be done in accordance with the plans and specifications entitled: "CONSTRUCTION OF PARKING LOT 13B, PROJECT #11147, LOCATION #1960" dated 5/5/11. SIUC Project Labor Agreement and General Conditions shall apply to this project.

A highly recommended pre-bid conference is scheduled for this project at the Plant and Service Operations break room on the Southern Illinois University Carbondale campus on May 26, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. Attendance at this pre-bid conference is strongly encouraged. The Physical Plant Break Room is located at 210 Physical Plant Drive, Carbondale, IL.

Also, you must obtain the drawings and project manual by contacting the Southern Illinois University Carbondale Purchasing Department.
