This advertisement is for Construction Management firms / teams, acting as a CM Agency, to provide professional services during the design, bidding and over-site of an extensive multi-year demolition of existing and construction of new residence halls and a student quad area on the Carbondale campus of Southern Illinois University.
The construction of the residence halls should recognize the needs and desires of current and future undergraduate students including living quarters, support spaces, common areas, security and amenities.
This project will be administered by Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered:
- Submitted 6 copies of their qualifications.
- Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
- Pre-qualified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board.
- Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
- Utilize an AutoCAD compatible system to provide documents.
- There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
