for bakery products (Bid # T13341-0013M). Southern Illinois University Carbondale desires to have a vendor provide packaged bakery products delivered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday to approximately three locations for the period of July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003. Deliveries are to be completed between 5:45 am and 9:00 am. An award will be based on an overall low bid meeting specifications. At its sole option the University reserves the right to renew this purchase order for an additional year through June 30, 2004 based on continuing need and the availability of funds.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
