for dairy products (Bid # T13341-0014M). The University wishes to have a vendor provide fresh dairy products delivered between 5:45 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There will be a minimum of 5 drop-off locations on each delivery day. This purchase order will be for the period of July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003.

At its sole option the University reserves the right to renew this purchase order for one additional year through June 30, 2004. An award will be based on an "all or none" basis with low bid meeting specifications and requirements.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
