for carbonated beverage ingredients (Bid # T13341-7606M-02). The University is seeking a vendor to furnish necessary carbonated bag-in-the-box beverage ingredients, dispensing equipment, bulk CO2 gas, and provide maintenance for equipment for the period of 7/10/01 through 6/30/02. This purchase order may be renewed at the sole option of the University for one additional year from 7/1/02 through 6/30/03. An award will be based on an "all or none" basis from the bidder with the lowest cost meeting specifications and requirements that are in the best interest of the University.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
