for dairy products (Bid # T13341-7608M). The University wishes to purchase various dairy products for the period of 7/1/01 - 6/30/02 with an option to renew for an additional year through 6/30/03. Residence Hall Dining requires deliveries to be made between 5:45 am and 10:00 am Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with a minimum of five drop-off locations each delivery day. An award will be based on an "all or none" basis with low bid meeting specifications and requirements.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
