Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked the installation of structured cabling system in the East St. Louis Higher Education Center.
Bids will be received up to the hour of
11:00 AM
local time, on
Friday, February 22, 2002.
Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
All bids must include:

- All bidders must submit a PC-2 form as required by the
Illinois Department of Human Rights.
A pre-bid meeting and site survey will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at 602 James R. Thompson Blvd., East St. Louis, IL.
