Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) requests vendors to submit quotes to provide labor for custodial cleaning for Cougar Village Apartment Complex. Typically for the Cougar Village Apartment Complex ? the noted areas will be full cleaned once per year, typically between the period of May and Mid-August. At Cougar Village, family units will be full cleaned during the course of the calendar year as units become empty from family turnover.
