There will be a site visit conducted for all interested bidders. The site visit will be held Thursday, May 19, 2005 from 10:00 a.m - 2:00 pm. Please meet in the lobby of Textbook Services, located in the 200 Universit Park Building.
All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend and may submit any questions /clarification to Nancy Ufert via email at email@example.com. The deadline for all questions is Friday, May 20 a the close of business. An addendum will be sent out to address any questions asked. No questions/clarifications may be asked at the site visit. All inquiries must be sent via e-mail to the address above.The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
