Southern Illinois University Edwardsville is seeking bids to process nonprofit standard mail for individual departments during the entire service year. The successful bidder must also have the capability to process first class mail. Service is for the period January 1, 2011 through June 30, 2011, with the option to renew contract for two consecutive years – July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 (Option I) and July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013 (Option II).

Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
