This award is for the provision of up to 6,000 phone directories annually at ($0) zero cost to the University, plus $2,500.00 guaranteed royalty in 2012-2013; and $5,000.00 guaranteed royalty in 2013-2014. This does not involve any SIUE expenditure.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.

Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) is inviting bids from qualified firms to publish and furnish the University 6,000 copies of the campus telephone directory without charge or cost to the University. Publication of the University Directory for the academic year 2011-2012, in accordance with attached specifications, with an option to renew for two additional years with the same terms, conditions, and pricing structure. All questions must be submitted to Quintin Long by email (email@example.com) no later than 12:00 p.m.CST, Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Questions submitted after this date and time will not receive a response. No questions may be directed to any other SIUE representative, will be grounds for disqualification.

Illinois Department of Human Rights
(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
