sole supplier's item is to be procured for commercial resale.
choice of individual textbooks is an academic matter that is determined solely by the academic unit in consultation with individual faculty members. The University has no ability to make substitutions, or offer products of similar or equal value from competing vendors. Textbooks contain copyrighted materials, which can not be substituted between one publisher and another.
