The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University governing Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, on behalf of the Office of the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs (also referred to as SIUE or University) invites vendors to submit responses for Vending Rights on its campuses in Edwardsville, IL (excluding non-SIUE buildings in University Park), East St. Louis Center, and School of Dental Medicine in Alton, IL. **NOTE: A MANDATORY pre-bid site visit for all those interested in submitting a response will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. in the lower level of the Morris University Center cafeteria, in the area close to the Cougar Lanes bowling alley.

Submit 5 copies of the response as defined in the specifications.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
