The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University governing Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE), on behalf of the SIUE Morris University Center, invites experienced and qualified vendors to submit responses to provide catering services in support of events that occur with Event Services within the Morris University Center, in circumstances in which Catering Services, operated by Dining Services, is unable to provide food options to support the clients of SIUE Morris University Center. **NOTE: A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit for all those interested in submitting a response will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at the entrance to the Meridian Ballroom in the SIUE Morris University Center.

Submit 5 copies of the response as defined in the specifications.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
