Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified Consultants or Consultant Teams to provide an evaluation of the quality and efficiency of its Administrative and Academic Processes and Infrastructure, Campus Space Utilization, and its Information Technology Organization and Operations. The University wants to identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce costs and improve services in order to secure long-term gains in efficiency and performance. It is important that the Study produces specific, actionable recommendations that can result in substantive changes and improvements.

Submit 4 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is no BEP goal for this procurement.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
