The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University is seeking quotes from qualified temporary services agencies or similar firms (bidders) to provide personnel as requested by Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, for their National Corn-to-Ethanol Research Center (NCERC). Temporary personnel should meet the minimum Classifications Descriptions, based on the position being filled. The University prefers to award to one vendor; however, SIUE reserves the right to award by position, if deemed to be in the best interest of the University. Due to the nature of the services, the bidder must have an existing, functioning office which has employees readily available within a fifty (50) mile radius of the Edwardsville campus of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. There is no BEP goal for this procurement.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
