Southern Illinois University Edwardsville is soliciting bids from vendors capable of supplying the service of efficiently paying officials of athletic contests in a timely manner in accordance with the guidelines outlined by the Ohio Valley Conference, Missouri Valley Conference, and the Southern Conference at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (Department of Intercollegiate Athletics).
Vendor to provide web-based service that pays individuals officiating intercollegiate contest hosted by the SIUE Athletic department. Vendor will have funds transferred to holding account for payment to the officials. Vendor software must have a history of interacting with ArbiterSports.com to pay officials.
Vendor must be registered with the Illinois State Board of Elections, and the Secretary of State for State Legal Authorization to do business in the state of Illinois.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. There is no BEP goal for this procurement.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
