Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) is seeking a responsible vendor to provide Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meals to children participating in the SIUE East St. Louis Center grant-funded programs including SIUE Project Success and Upward Bound programs. These meals will conform to meal patterns specified in CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program). The applicable age groups are: 5-14 for Project Success, and children in high school grade levels 9-12 for Upward Bound programs.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. There is no BEP goal for this procurement. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
