The University wishes to select a firm to develop preliminary plans and estimated costs for construction of a School of Pharmacy on its Edwardsville campus. Firms interested in providing architectural/engineering services for this project should address six copies of a letter of interest and statement of qualifications to:

Proposals should include a complete description of the history, size, and capabilities of your firm and a list of the projects which demonstrate your experience with the kind of work we expect to undertake. For each project, indicate knowledgeable reference (name, address and telephone number). The following related criteria will be among that used to evaluate the firms requesting consideration for selection: pre-qualification status must have prior experience with similar projects, appropriate staff size and disciplines, prior performance of the firm and its consultants with completed projects at Southern Illinois University and for other clients, and current workload.
