for media buying services (Bid # 8484).Southern Illinois University Edwardsville is looking for broadcast and print media buying assistance for help in creating and implementing results-driven media advertising campaign in January/February 2006 in the St. Louis Metropolitan market.

Southern Illinois University Edwardsville is looking to increase awareness and interest in its quality higher educational opportunities. Target audiences: teens age 12-17; adults age 18-34; and adults age 35-54. The media buy will complement other existing direct marketing activities including print and billboard.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
