The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University is seeking proposals from qualified contract programming firms to provide technical information technology personnel as requested by Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Technical information technology personnel may include, but is not limited to, application development programmers, Windows, Unix and Linux system programmers (system administrators), database analysts, ad hoc report writing specialists and other information technology professionals.
The successful proposer(s) must provide temporary contract Information technology professionals personnel to satisfy the needs of the Office of Information Technology, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. The Office of Information Technology is located on the Edwardsville campus. Temporary contract programming personnel must meet the job requirements for the type of position being filled.
No guarantee of any actual usage or minimum expenditure is made through this award. The University prefers to award to one vendor; however, the University reserves the right to award by position, if deemed to be in the best interests of the University. The requirement for temporary personnel is based upon anticipated needs of the Office of Information Technology. Proposers are advised that SIUE will not guarantee any minimum utilization or expenditure with any contractor during the proposed contract period.
The proposer's main office must be within a 50-mile radius of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Edwardsville campus.

Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
