This project seeks architect services to develop plans to expand the National Corn to Ethanol Research Center on the Edwardsville campus. The working estimate for this project is $1 million. Initially, this project will consider two options: 1) adding a second floor to the existing office and lab area, and 2) expanding the office and lab area on grade at the northwest side of the building. The program goal is to add approximately 4,000 sf to the existing building in order to create additional offices and lab space. The addition will match the exterior of the existing building.
