The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University governing Southern Illinois University Edwardsville hereby requests sealed proposals for the following services: Establish a standard which is flexible enough that it will be capable of being modified and used for new or existing buildings not part of this study for building directories and interior directional signage for nine major buildings on the Edwardsville campus of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
All questions must be e-mailed to Shelly Albert (firstname.lastname@example.org), by noon on Friday, April 23, 2010. Questions submitted after this date will not receive a response. Answers to all questions submitted in writing will be addressed in the form of an addendum to be posted to the Procurement Bulletin Website for all bidders to download. No verbal questions/inquiries will be accepted.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights
(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
