The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University governing Southern Illinois University Edwardsville hereby requests sealed proposals for the following services:
Export control regulations directly affect and regulate the activities of SIUE researchers. Compliance with these regulations is imperative. However, there is no in-house expertise in these matters currently available. To ensure compliance, current export control policies and procedures need to be evaluated. In addition, an inventory of export controlled items located at SIUE is needed.

Submit 4 copies of the response as defined in the specifications.
