Ossur acquired sole source manufacturers Flex Foot, Century XXII Innovations, and Mauch Inc. Therefore, they became the manufacturer of Flex Foot's prosthetic feet designed for active amputees, which are lightweight and designed to enhance gait biomechanics. The Century XXII knee is the only hydraulic knee that provides stance faze flexion and lock, and the Total Concept Foot, which is the only foot with an adjustable heel height. They are also the sole provider of the Dermo silicone liner, as well as, an interchangeable density liner. In addition, they are a sole provider of Mauch hydraulic cylinders and knee frames. The hydraulic cylinder is the only swing and stance faze hydraulic unit with a manual lock.
