The professional services of Kendra Yociss, Doctor of Pharmacy and employee of Memorial Medical Center, Springfield, IL is required. Dr. Yociss has not only the specific knowledge of the SIU Center for Family Medicine program but also the experience and the familiarity necessary to immediately develop and implement an Anti-Coagulation Clinic for patients. Additionally Dr. Yociss has experience working with SIU family practice residents by providing consultation on poly-pharmacy issues in both the outpatient and inpatient setting. Dr. Yociss has also offered a Pharmacy Elective for SIU medical students wishing to learn more about these issues and gain some experience in the Anti-Coagulation Clinic.
