for architectural/engineering services. This solicitation is to identify architectural/engineering firms to update/replace building data and telecommunication wiring systems to all spaces, update lighting system in the auditoria and in the Pearson Museum, and add four variable frequenccy drives to air handling units located at 801 North Rutledge St., Springfield, IL. Firms will be required to design needed changes, prepare construction drawings and specifications, and oversee the bid and construction process.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
