for a 100,000 - 300,000 copies/month copier.
Qualified firms are requested to submit proposals to provide a digital copy machine and maintenance agreement to produce copies in the range of 100,000 to 300,000 copies/month. The University Printing Services is currently using a Kodak 2110 copier to produce between 250,000 and 300,000/month. This machine has collating, finishing (stapling one or two on a side), mail Merge, offset stacking, subset stapling, cover inserting, tab printing, ARDF (holds 100 originals), duplex tray, 3,000 sheet paper capacity (2 drawers), page numbering, image shift, edge erase, photo mode, accent color, variable zoom 65% to 122%, job programming, key sheet programming, and programmable shutdown. The purpose of this RFP is to provide the School with a replacement machine with comparable features or a mid volume machine to serve as backup to supplement the Kodal 2110. If a supplemental machine is quoted to serve as a backup, it must be digital, be rated at least 100,000 copies/month and have at least 60 copies/minute speed.
