for a preventative maintenance and repair program (Bid # 173). The University seeks to secure a full preventative maintenance and repair program on all the building systems identified for its existing facilities at 751 N. Rutledge (SIU Clinics), 801 N. Rutledge (Medical Instruction Facility), 825 N. Rutledge (Springfield Combined Laboratory Facility), 911 N. Rutledge (Research Facility), 913 N. Rutledge (Departmental Office Complex) and 927 N. Rutledge (Foundation) all located in Springfield, Illinois.

The University also seeks to secure a full preventative maintenance and repair program on all the building systems for two new facilities under construction, 327 W. Calhoun (Calhoun Street Facility) and 825 N. Rutledge (Springfield Combined Laboratory Facility Addition) as per specifications.

A mandatory site visit for all contractors is scheduled for 9:00 A.M. on Monday, June 2, 2003 in the South Auditorium in 801 N. Rutledge. All prospective bidders are required to attend. Contact Gene Gronewald/Keith Osburn at 217/545-2769 to confirm site visit.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
