The University seeks to secure a full preventative maintenance and repair program on all the building systems identified for its facilities at 327 W. Calhoun Building (5009), 911 N. Rutledge (5428)and 927 N. Rutledge (5003) all located in Springfield, Illinois. The term of the contract shall be from date of execution through June 30, 2004. The University shall have the option to renew and extend this contract for four, additional one-year periods.
