The services of a video production company are required to develop announcements on impaired driving in a public information and education campaign, targeting drivers ages 21-34. Interested vendors should have a creative production staff capable of video campaign development, video production, and computer graphics illustrations of an award-winning caliber. Additionally, interested vendors must have proven talents in planning, design, and technical expertise with video and audio programming. A contract shall take effect on its final date of execution and shall terminate on September 30, 2000. The University shall have an option to renew the contract for an additional one-year period.
