for an equipment maintenance program (Request # 350101).

Proposals are requested by the University for an equipment repair and maintenance program on University-owned equipment. Under a maintenance managed program, the successful vendor will be paid a fixed amount to assume the responsibility for providing coverage on all necessary repairs and maintenance to equipment included in the program. Any contract resulting from this RFP will be for the period July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001, with an option to renew for five additional one-year periods. Services will consist of detailed records of corrective and preventative maintenance and any other services requested by the University.
