Services are required for the following projects:
Development of a Biosafety Level III laboratory facility located at 825 N. RutledgeStreet, Springfield, Illinois and renovations to the clinical facility located at 751 N.Rutledge Street, Springfield, Illinois.
Note:
Submittal of qualifications must include:
1) A copy of C.D.B. prequalifiaction,
2) Standard From 255,
3) Examples of project estimates and actual construction cost. Include owner contact person for each example,
4) A maximum of two pages of additional information you feel may be useful.
