Services are required for an architect/engineer to provide design services for constructing a Service Building.

The School of Medicine plans to construct a facility (approximately 55,000 gsf total) to house its copy/duplicating services, shipping and receiving services, record management and storage, vehicle storage, mail services, warehouse operations and administrative offices.

Submittal of qualifications must include:

  1. A copy of C.D.B. prequalification.
  2. Standard Form 255 certification.
  3. Examples of project estimates and actual construction cost (prior experience in developing similar types of facilities). Include owner contact person for each example.
  4. A maximum of two pages of additional information you feel may be useful.
The successful candidate will design and prepare construction drawings for a facility to meet the requirement of a multitude of services to be performed within the new structure. The firm will work with those to be housed in the building to create a work space that is efficient and convenient for the services performed therein.
