The University wishes to lease clinical office space located at the lease of real for a period of 5 years. This property will be used for an outpatient Psychiatric clinic.
This proposal is for the lease of real property preferably located at a site within 1.5 miles of the School of Medicine's main campus at 801 North Rutledge St., Springfield, IL, with a lease duration of 5 years. This property will be used for an outpatient Psychiatric clinic. General specifications: The building should be divided into approxinately 60 office spaces plus waiting rooms and clerical and services areas.
