The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University on behalf of the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine Department of Medical Education (âthe Universityâ) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms (âProposersâ) to edit raw (up to three hour) .mov files to produce edited raw (uncompressed, best quality) video files. This includes improving image quality, sound quality and adding sound clips into the video. Then convert the edited video files to a format for a video streaming server while maintaining high quality video and audio as well as achieving streaming service performance. The video editing will possibly consist of up to twenty-three projects for the period ending June 30, 2015.
This RFP pertains only to the video editing for an online training system.
