for supplemental extra-help security services (Bid # 79). The services required consist of writing reports on activities that occur during respective shifts; making building rounds; permitting only authorized persons on campus; checking for security and safety on all buildings and parking lots on campus; protecting the campus from fires, accidents, theft, vandalism, and sabotage, being alert to trespassers, suspicious persons, and activities. Guard personnel are not to be armed with a gun, knife, billy club, or any other kind of weapon.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
