The University is seeking to purchase an audio visual solution that will provide multimedia presentation capabilities and two-way videoconferencing transmission, as well as DVD recording.
A mandatory site visit and pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 2PM CST at the SimmonsCooper Cancer Institute, 315 W. Carpenter, Room 1012, Springfield, IL. Please RSVP by calling the Purchasing Office at 217-545-0233. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY to submit an Request for Proposal.
