hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the
new parking lot project (Bid # RFQ131).
This project is for the demolition of existing buildings and creation of a new parking lot on Calhoun Street, Springfield, Illinois.
Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked new parking lot.
Bids will be received up to the hour of
2:00 PM
local time, on
Friday, May 17, 2002.
Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
All bids must include:

Illinois Department of Human Rights.
