for a houskeeping services program in Springfield, IL. SIU Physicians and Surgeons Inc. seeks to secure a full-service housekeeping program for all interior spaces within the building located at 901 West Jefferson St, Springfield, IL. The building will be used as a clinical outpatient care and office facility occupying approximately 13,000 gross square feet. Bidders should understand that all necessary services, equipment, supplies, and personnel which are not specifically excluded shall be covered under this agreement. All normal work performed under this contract shall be completed between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. each day, Monday through Friday.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 29, 2002 at 901 W. Jefferson, Springfield, Illinois.
