The Board of Trustees of
Southern Illinois University School of Medicine
hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the
remodeling of clinic area project (Bid # RFQ157).
This project will include partial remodeling of a clinic area on the Second Floor of the SIU Clinics Building located at 751 North Rutledge Street, Springfield, Illinois.
Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked remodeling of clinic area.
Bids will be received up to the hour of
2:00 PM
local time, on
Thursday, December 5, 2002.
Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
All bids must include:
- All bidders must submit a PC-2 form as required by the
Illinois Department of Human Rights.
A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. in the Reisch Conference Room (#1320) at 911 North Rutledge Street.
