hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the
recarpeting of a building located in Springfield, Illinois project.
This project will be to recarpet the first and second floors at 913 N Rutledge St, Springfield IL.
Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked recarpeting of a building located in Springfield, Illinois.
Bids will be received up to the hour of
2:00 PM
local time, on
Monday, October 20, 2003.
Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
All bids must include:
