The Board of Trustees of
Southern Illinois University School of Medicine
hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the
cooling towers project (Bid # RFQ195).
Work includes the replacement of the cooling towers at 751 N Rutledge, Springfield IL, 62702 as shown on specification 2004-04023.
Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked cooling towers.
Bids will be received up to the hour of
2:00 PM
local time, on
Monday, November 24, 2003.
Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
All bids must include:
- All bidders must submit a PC-2 form as required by the
Illinois Department of Human Rights.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 13, 2003 at 10:00 am in the Lincoln Conference room, 801 N Rutledge, Springfield IL.
