The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University School of Medicine hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the continuous video surveillance recording system project (Bid # RFQ250).

SIU School of Medicine requests bids for the purchase and installation of continuous video surveillance recording systems for buildings located at 911 and 913 N Rutledge, Springfield, IL, per specifications for project #04034.

Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked continuous video surveillance recording system. Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Friday, June 11, 2004. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.

All bids must include:

• All bidders must submit a PC-2 form as required by the Illinois Department of Human Rights.

A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting and site visit will be held June 3, 2004 at 10:00am in the Dana Conference Room at 911 N. Rutledge, Springfield, IL. Attendance is required for bid.
