for a virtual laparoscopic surgery simulator (without haptics) (Bid # RFQ275). The simulator should include any necessary computer, monitor and instruments. The simulator must include the following modules: basic skills, dissection, laparoscopic suturing, laparoscopic diathermy, skill level modification for beginners to advanced users, and the ability to teach realistic anatomical landmarks. Technical support must be available via email or phone for the life of the simulator with a maximum 24 hour response time. Bid must include delivery, set-up, installation and training.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
