The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University School of Medicine hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the demolition project .

The work will include the demolition of five residential structures for SIU School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois per specifications for Project #05014.

Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked demolition. Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Monday, October 11, 2004. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.

All bids must include:

• All bidders must submit a PC-2 form as required by the Illinois Department of Human Rights.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on October 4, 2004 at 10:00am at 327 W Calhoun, in the Fruge Conference Room #246, Springfield, Illinois. Attendance is required for bid.
