for a non-linear editing system. The equipment is intended to be utilized for electronic video editing within the Educational Media Group of the External and Health Affairs Department. The system must offer the following features:

  • Ability to mix any resolution and any format on the timeline
  • Real time 2D and 3D digital effects
  • Cross platform compatability(ability to switch from PC to Mac)
  • 24 bit audio capability
  • Built-in image stabilization
This equipment will be financed as an installment purchase.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof.Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents.Contingent on Board of Trustees approval.Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
