The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University School of Medicine hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the dock leveler project.

SIU School of Medicine is seeking bids for the replacement of a dock leveler and sump pump located at 751 N. Rutledge, Springfield, Illinois. The work will include removal and disposal of the existing dock leveler equipment and sump pump equipment. The request for quote should also include installation of the new dock leveler, hydraulic pump, lines, control equipment and sump pump in the existing pits per specifications and drawings 06017.

Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked dock leveler. Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Wednesday, November 30, 2005. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.

All bids must include:

  • All bidders must submit a PC-2 form as required by the Illinois Department of Human Rights.
